said expectations of a 1992-93 net profit of about $1 billion were still on track with several added positives on the horizon These included the opportunity of further cuts in the News Corp interest bill with an investment grade credit rating for the renegotiation of debt this year continued success of BSkyB and a turnaround in the Ansett Airlines joint venture News Corp chief Mr Rupert Murdoch also moved quickly yesterday to quell any concerns over Fox Inc appointing Twentieth Television chairman Ms Lucille Salhany as replacement for Mr Kellner Ms' Salhany was chairman of Twentieth Television from July 1991 and formerly worked at Paramount Pictures as head of domestic TV She will join an expanded board at Fox along with Mr Kellner who was appointed on Tuesday Mr Murdoch also
